CONCH SHELLS

I have been prohibited from posting a queen, conch shell, and I would like to understand why?  There are many others posted, why is my not allowed according to the rules of animal an animal products?

According to Google: "The queen conch is listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). In addition, queen conch is listed under Appendix II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and under Annex III of the Protocol for Specially Protected Areas and Wildlife (SPAW)."

eBay prohibits listing animal products of threatened or endangered species.

I would assume that is the case, however, there are hundreds posted on eBay as queen conch.
