Buy it now - Can I list a car for just one buyer to purchase?

Hello, I have a buyer interested in purchasing a car from me. Can I do a buy it now for only him ? 

Does any one know if that is possible ?

There's no way to set up a listing specifically for just one buyer.  But if you set it up in auction format, then after he places his bid you. can use the seller's option to end an auction early to sell to the current high bidder.
