I received an item back from a return. The buyer returned it because she didn’t like it. Nothing wrong with it. It is an antique she didn’t properly pack when she returned it and it arrived broken in pieces- not repairable. In returns I can only recoup 20%. eBay says don’t send a refund but won’t they just take it out of my funds. I sent buyer photos of the damage and asked if she insured it when she shipped it back.

If you are a top rated seller with free returns, I believe you can refund up to 50% if the item returned is not in the same condition as when you sent it,otherwise you must give a full refund.
