I ordered a grill shell for 32 ford . It arrived damaged. Contacted seller sane day it arrived. It's been over a week and I can't get seller to send me a return label. He keeps offering partial refunds. It seems he is located overseas. Slow response on emails. I want to let Ebay to step in and resolve problem, but I can't find any place on site to contact Ebay. I have spent quiet a bit of time and I am going in circles and never find a place to contact Ebay. What the heck is going on??
