It shows I have 3 defects on my account. One of them was received on March 3rd 2023. I thought it would fall off next month on March 3rd 2024, one full year later. But my next evaluation is March 24 which says i would still be below standard. What am i missing?
Although the defect will drop off after one full year, eBay only evaluates seller accounts on a specific day of the month. So you will still be under that defect until then.
