Not provided a customs form for APO address - Item... - The eBay Community
This is the second message I have seen in the last few days about eBay labels not including the needed customs form for APO/FPO mail. It's been years since I shipped to one of those addresses, but I know when I did it included the customs form. I don't have any way of testing this, so I'm passing this along to see what's up. It could be that the form is somehow hidden in the new tools, but if it is missing this should be fixed.
Side note: Customer support told the seller that a custom form is not needed, which is wrong. It's hard to understand just how bad customer support can be. I have become reluctant to even recommend users contact them for anything other than the simplest or dumbest questions. For anything else, I recommend the eBay for Business team on Facebook.

I just edited one of my sales to show an APO address. I looked high and low and clicked all the links, but could not find anywhere on the shipping form to select a customs document. Of course, I did not purchase postage, so perhaps it would appear at that stage, but apparently that is not the case as reported by the seller here.
