I finally found the marks on this piece but have no idea what they mean

I have this lovely, old, bulbous little bottle covered in silver in the form of flowers. I believe it is old but without knowing the marks, I can’t determine how to list.  Anybody seen these before?

I should add that there appears to be a mark between the FINE & the numbers.

It's really hard to see the hallmarks in your photos. It looks like there are marks before FINE. If so my guess would be that it says 925 FINE, which was a fairly common sterling hallmark. The form of the piece is definitely Art Nouveau.

looks like Engllish hallmarks. I had this piece before but it was awhile ago, can't remember much about it, I think it did well. May be a perfume bottle encased in sterling, hand etched.
