Help id antique brass copper lions head handles jardiniere

13.5" tall Weighs 16 lbs real antique French that was restored ? Any ideas appreciated

Highly doubtful it's antique. You can't get antique brass or copper that shiny without plating it (which destroys the value if it is antique). And the relief detail is too muddy for an antique. My sense is that it's a modern reproduction.

new. could be Italian, Turkish or else with those lions. French is highly doubtful because brass and copper are not known in France but as a combination would point towards Germany.
