19th century (?) oil paintings

Hi, I have issues with identifying some paintings (probably from 19th century), some of them with signatures, some without.. If anyone have any idea I will be thankful 🙂

The glare on the second one makes the signature even harder to read. It might say Konrad, then München (we call it the city of Munich in English) and obviously 1884 is the year. So it might be a name plus a city plus a date.

The first one might possibly be 20th century but I can't be sure. Something about her face and hair strikes me that way.
