Help ID This Antique Asian Vase

Can someone identify the age and origin of this 12-1/2" tall Chinese/Japanese vase? There isn't a maker's mark, so I'd be grateful for any info about it.  The other side has floral decorations.  Thanks!

Japanese, 1900-20 I'd guess, satsuma with moriage. Not a really fine example. Lots and lots made mostly for export to the West.

These were made from the 1920s through the 1950s. It is an earthenware vase but I do not see any crackled yellow glaze that would indicate Satsuma. If the raised decorations are shiny and slick to the touch, they are raised enamel, not moriage.
