Is it sterling or plated?

Can anyone tell me if this bracelet is sterling silver or silver plated? I thought Spanish for silver was 'plata' but not sure. Thanks for your help.

hi, it says silver 925  which is suppose to mean it's solid. the only way to know for sure is a test. Personally I never buy Mexican Jewelry because 50% of the time my frends that collect get taken. best  of  luck!
