Don't select UPS when listing. If you do, other shipping options through Ebay are not possible any longer. You have to go to FedEx or USPS site and purchase. A real pain. UPS is seldom competitive anyway....

I do not think that is anything new.

Defaults to the shipper that you offer in the listing.

You should be able to go to PayPal to print a label if a different shipper is desired.  Check with the buyer 1st to be sure they are OK with a change. Their purchase/address provided may have been based upon service offered in the listing.

I think the vast majority of sellers know that you can’t switch carriers after the buyer makes the purchase. You have a contract; abide by it.
