They didn't!:^O
Remember, the buyer has 45 days to file a INR even if it's still in transit.

The international sales can be a pain when things go wrong but I still ship to Canada. I stopped shipping to Oz and EU cause it seems that they just are not patient enough for regular First Class airmail and I don't need the aggravation. I find the Canucks wonderful buyers. Mostly pleasant in their emails and happy with their goods once received.
I was contemplating how to get reasonably priced tracking and haven't really found an affordable solution other than sending expensive shipments registered mail. At least they have to go to their post office and show ID to recover the goods and I'm just crossing my fingers that it will deter any fraud.
I've only used it a few times when someone buys a couple hundred dollars from me and is from another country.
Have any of you used registered mail with success? What other methods do you use to track international shipments on small dollar items. I rarely sell something over $50 but many times I do sell multiple items that will add up to hundreds of dollars.

This is another reason to not sell Internationally, incompatability. Besides the 120V/220V differences the electrical plugs are different and the buyer didn't know this?
There is also NTSC/PAL/SECAM difference> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PAL_format preventing US video's from playing overseas.

In cost no more to ship to Canada than to ship here in the states. If you can't fill out a simple customs form then you don't need to be selling.

Hi luffaking and welcome to The Part Timers Forum.
Thank-you for your advice! I'm always open to bettering my seller skills.
Do you fill your customs forms online when you print postage or manually?
I noticed you don't have the eBay required "Blurb" about Neg FB being left about Customs Fees> http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-removal.html#feedback
