I just had a sale close for a collectible diecast aircraft. Sold from and ships to US only. The person who won the auction just created their account on August 10, has no feedback, and has informed me he is in New Zealand. He claims I'm sending it to his sister in New Jersey. Long story short, every bull-**bleep** sensor is going off in my head. I can't afford to ship this collectible for the money to bounce back and I'm not really comfortable shipping to someone who isn't the buyer. Can I cancel this transaction? What protection do I have?
