Many US listings on .co.uk do not ship to the UK, so this is more complex. But looking on .com (or just using google) seems to be a good solution.

You are right!!! However this is not a universal answer; a lot of US listings do show on ebay.co.uk.

This is incredibly complicated. I see this To change my own location I would need to in this case create a fake address in the US. Can *you* find that item with that search?
