Few days ago got a negative feedback from a customer who won’t auction never paid for the item
but was able to leave a negative feedback saying never got the item!!!
I guess eBay is too busy sucking all the money from sellers to take care of this issues that are completely unacceptable
habe any body experience the same issue

When the buyer fails to pay @nikolai9770 you are supposed to cancel the transaction after 4 days using the reason "buyer didn't pay" and that will prevent the buyer from leaving feedback.

I did apply answer was does not violate feedback policy
i didn’t get paid for the item after 2 days buyer ask to cancel the transaction I did agree since it was obvious he wasn’t going to pay.
apply for an appeal to the nasty decision and still waiting!!!

I don't see a negative FB on the account you're posting with. Was this on a different account?

You have no negative feedback so apparently it has been removed.

I guess ebay stopped sucking money long enough to remove your negative feedback.

There's a lot of holes to the eBay Feedback, INAD, Late Delivery violations.
eBay used to attempt to service sellers by subjective customer service.
My guess is with the rise in required customer support to handle all these transactions, they moved to a peer-to-peer evaluation, where it makes it seem that everyone is on even playing ground with NO eBay customer input.
Virtually, request for neg feedback goes into a black hole.
This, on the surface, sounds semi-fair, until you get hit with a really hard situation.
USPS lost (and eventually found) and delivered 50+ items i shipped out together once. ALL the customers who opened a case as "not arrived" marked my account. you can see how this did not work in my favor.

eBay said they were going to roll out fixes for this and improve the policy...weeks ago. Nothing has moved since then.
