I have a large number of items for sale and when something sells I waste a lot of time trying to find it. What I'd prefer to do is to put in every listing the bin location of the item and then when it sells I know it is in that specific bin.
I sell a lot of music on Discogs and when I list something there I just put the location in the field "Item Location" which is a private field that only the seller can see. I put "Bin 1A" and when it sells I know where to find it.
Does Ebay have something like this? If not, if there a workaround that people use that is simple and straightforward?
Thanks in advance.

Some sellers put a code in their titles or descriptions. There is a field on the listings page to add a custom label that would be visible only to you. I am assuming that is what it's for - I don't use it myself.
Go to your active listings page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
On the right, click customize table:
Check off custom label and click save:
That should give you an area to add an inventory control number or note of some sort for each of your listings.

This method is very efficient😊
