a buyer has contacted me after a purchase saying that the international
shipping is too high and I should contact ebay and have them adjust it.
I explained that i have no control over the shipping other than to US
addresses. I cannot even find a way ...
Is it possible as a buyer, to block a seller? I waste so much time
looking at listings just to realize it is a seller with a super low
rating that I wont buy from.
