Buyer is trying to purchase an item, but whenever they click on the drop
down menu in the listing to select a color, the listing reverts to the
"Buy With Confidence, You've Bought From This Seller Before" screen.

Trying to create a store newsletter to promote a 20% markdown sale that
has 766 listings. Yet, when I try to create the newsletter, eBay says
that there are no listings in the selected markdown and to choose a
different promotion. So frustrating.
I have shipping preferences set to offer carrier specific discounts for
USPS, but the vast majority of my listings still show retail pricing.
Made this change several days ago. All the listings should have updated
within 24 hours. Any fix for this?
Woke up this morning to sales of some items I know I am out of stock on
or do not have the amounts to meet the ordered amount. Looked at the
listing and saw the available quantities were 70-90 per size variation

Figured out the issue. It's a glitch centering on eBay's change from 500
items per sale to 1500. If I keep the number of listings at 500 or less
per sale, they all show up on the promotions page. As soon as that
number ticks 501+, they no longer show...
elizabeth@ebay what is being done for transaction defects due to this? I
had to cancel three orders which all got defects. I called and spoke to
a CSR before this was a widely known issue.
