Illinois just became one of the tax facilitator states. Since I live in IL, does that mean I can shut off the ebay tax collection table entirely, as ebay is now collecting and remitting the sales tax for us?

Paid; Time to ship email....but payment hasn't gone through

I get an email from ebay telling me my item has been purchased, paid for and it's time to ship. but the order itself shows that the paypal payment is still processing. WTH? Am I going to get dinged now for NOT shipping as per the email????
