I need to ship a Van wheelchair lift, it weight around 250 lbs, anybody recommending which way would bethe best way to ship it and how ? any information would be greatly appreciated !

USPS claims item was delivered, I stepped outside as delivered truck was leaving, no package in mail boxonly letters.
