Is anybody having difficulty in trying to register. I am unable to even
complete the stage 1. All I get from Ebay is a message saying "Its
embarrassing and try later.I have reached out to ebay without success.
A purchaser claimed non receipt and I issued a full refund through
PayPal. Yet he continues to press a claim through Ebay, who ignore all
my requests to assist!
