eBay

The button for buying and printing labels isn't working. I have to go on my paypal to buy and print labels. Any one else having the same problem? Anyway I can fix it so I can go back to buying and printing from my Ebay account?

My buyer says he doesn't have the option of paying with paypal but I have it on. He is the only one that is having a problem what can I do?
