Would like assistance identifying the marks on this link bracelet. 

I can find no marks on this piece but it is a quality production. I don't know enough about jewelry eras to identify it but even the chain is embellished. Looking at the back it doesn't appear to be machine made. Any help or suggestions are appreciat...

Please note that the brooch has not been cleaned. Any help with identification is greatly appreciated. Brooch is 2" in diameter.
