in the past 3 days 2 bidder were not able to bid on my items and told
that they are on my block list and they are NOT on my block list.does
anyone know what is going on.
I notice that I am not being refunded for discount that I have given to
my customers.please help me and explain what is going on?they are still
charging me for the whole amount.
