You can send an invoice but you can only adjust the shipping charged
down to zero. What?? Not only can you amend the shipping, but you can
also add or subtract a dollar amount on the invoice, given that the
buyer hasn't paid yet.
When you send an invoice you have the option of either adding or
subtracting an additional amount. It's really that simple. If they have
paid, then just refund them that discount. This might
