I edited one of my listings (only the Title and Description), nothing
else that would have cost anything, and as I submitted the change, a Fee
of .20 appeared just before it submitted while it was 'saving'.
Sometimes it takes a while to see the 'savi...
I just checked and it looks like it is not on my account. If it
continues to happen, but charges, I'll call eBay to let them know.
