How do I deal with a buyer who is demanding a full reimbursement, and
now also wants return shipping costs. After she sent it back, and BEFORE
she asked me... she now wants a full refund, which I sent to her, but
now also wants return shipping costs....
I just read that the BUYER can choose the shipping. I do not have easy
access to FedEx, UPS, etc. I only have real access to USPS. I have no
