eBay

Ebay billed me for several insertion fees and did so to a bank account that no longer exists via pay pal. It is still listed on paypal but not as primary account to charge. How can this happen?

Anyone had a seller never claim your payment from paypal and then tell you you have to cancel payment as item not available ?

Been using ebay for years. New one this morning. I logged in to my account and looked at watch list. Then I clicked on item in list and hit buy now. The ebay login screen came up asking me to log in or register. I backed out and logged off. Tied agai...
