You do have a tax id number. For individual taxpayers, your tax ID is
your social security number and that is what ebay will use to report
your gross proceeds based on whatever the tax law is for reporting.
Take the net proceeds $50.63 and subtract the shipping label $3.96 to
get your Order Earnings $46.67. You technically "received" $50.63 but
you had to use $3.96 to buy a label so your net is $46.67.
Since it's an auction, you need to end the auction listing (only if
there are no bids) and then relist it for only the pieces they want. I
would suggest using BIN for that and then relist the remaining pieces.
