Unlinked Paypal acct.

My customer is unable to purchase from me, he receives a message "unlinked paypal acct". Help??He is in Malta and I am in Oregon. We both have activiy on our Paypal accts. He is buying, I am selling.This is a first for me.Thanks Jeannie
