I don't sell very often but don't understand how a buyer would end up
with multiple identical consecutive feedbacks from many different
sellers, almost all of which have very solid feedback reputation. How
does that happen?
Not only are responses pre-canned options BUT ALSO I now notice that
Ebay actually seems to group those together on purpose! So, it seems to
be a quirk of the Ebay feedback sorting algorithm.
