I started an eBay store four months ago with a free return policy seller pays. I noticed 2 months in that my listed items appear with a, " seller does not accept returns" note. It appears on all my listings and I've been on the phone with eBay 3 time...
I listed an item with U.S.P.S. priority. Buyer selected U.S.P.S. priority. ( flat rate box)However, when I tried to purchase the labe it applied the U.P.S. ground option, only and I cant change it. I don't even have a ground policy, yet. Help, please...
