I'm new to selling and needing to void 2 shipping labels. I see in my payments history where I paid for the labels, but I don't see anything about having voided them and that a refund is pending. Where can I see this status? Thank you.

Is there a way to flag a buyer's messages for eBay to review? Thank you.
