Hi. I combined shipping for a customer and he is requesting for me to
separate the order. Is this possible? I've been searching and can't find
information on how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I
want to please this request.
Actually, I haven't received payment from buyer and so I haven't
purchased the shipping label. All I did was combine the shipping to send
him an invoice for both of his items, as requested. Now he/she is
requesting separate invoices. I am not finding...
