I bought an item and it arrived with nothing in it. Just the envelope,
Ebay has been no help, there seems to be no customer service. What am I
supposed to do? Should i just contact my CC Company and get them to go
after ebay?
To clarify I opened a case for this and the seller managed to contact
ebay somehow and got the case closed in their favor, so now im appealing
the decision. Ive done everything to get in contact with a real person
but ebay is not a safe place to buy ...
