Insuring item - include shipping fee and tax?

When insuring an item as the seller do you include the shipping cost as well as the tax paid by the buyer in the total coverage to be insured?Thanks

Thanks for the reply. The item is $1400, shipping estimate is $80 and the buyer paid $170 or so in tax. I planned on shipping it fedex due to weight and box size, approximately 60lbs.
