Is this the legitimate process? I would think I'd want to close the case
(or "request", as eBay calls it), AFTER I receive my refund from this
particularly awful seller...?
I've tried contacting the seller but they will not respond. I contacted
FEDEX but they cannot help; only directed me back to unresponsive
seller. Tried calling EBAY but there is no way to reach a human being on
