@sakic92710 I think one of the things you are asking is also about how
quickly something sells. So, if you list on 4/15/24, and it sells on
4/16/24, I think most people would agree that was a great turnaround
time and that there must be some "demand"...

grades to listing photos, I've seen A+ to F. I haven't seen "Uncle Elmo
