buyer claimed item was damaged but when it arrived back it was not

buyer opened a case saying the item was damaged in transit ... I accepted the return without any proof ... the item arrived back here and it has no damage at all ... the cost of shipping/return shipping was almost $20 so Im not willing to write this ...
