It is the equivalent of ordering a pepperoni pizza at Pizza Hut and as
soon as you leave both Dominos, and Papa John's come up to you with 2
other pepperoni pizzas at a lower cost.
So in reality, there is no way to avoid an extra international fee if
the buy has an address not in the US, but is having the seller ship to a
US address. Seems disingenuous to me and a fairly sneaky way to increase
your fee.
You did all you can do. You shipped to the address on file. Its
unfortunate that buyers make mistakes and refuse to acknowledge them. I
recommend to Refund/Block/Move On!
This is a way to have your item look cheaper to a bidder/buyer who is
not paying close attention. Its also a way to get your item in the
search to standout versus legit sellers who disclose the real cost of
