The buyer claims they did not recognize the transaction, now they filed
a dispute thru ebay, and ebay won't release my payout for this item, and
tracking indicates item was delivered to buyer. Ebay says I just have to

I have done exactly what you told me, and before I even started this
convo. Ebay has told me their hands are tied, need to wait for what the
financial institution outcome will be.
I have contacted the buyer and they are ignoring my messages. I have
also reported this buyer to ebay per the link on the site to do so.
