Well you see, there do exist a few good reasons why some sellers have
chosen to join ebay's managed payments plan and end our relationship
with Paypal, granted it's not all happy banking either way.
a) Doesn't matter, simply accept the return, issue a label, and when you
get the item back refund the buyer.b) Things tend to go easier for
sellers who "accept returns 30 days"
I believe they paid first then requested a cancel, you'll need to check
from your end to see if the refund was issued however there does exist a
flaw where the buyer can request a refund even thou the sale has been
cancelled... I believe you may have...
