Ebay closed my case before solving the problem of an item sent to a
wrong address. Their reason was (proof of delivery) with a picture of
the wrong address. I even sent them a picture of my house to prove it.

clearly shows a strange residence not know on my street, but the seller
and Ebay used it as proof of delivery even after I sent a picture of my

Just a warning to all, had a generator arrived damaged, tried for months
to resolve, replace/refund, with seller. The seller made excuses and
Ebay does not monitor progress and resolve. Now I'm beyond time allowed
and options.
It was FedEx and the package had the right address, (atleast from the
tracking report) but it appears that the driver dropped it at a strange
address, took a picture of some package (not even big enough to hold the
item) at a strange house that isn't...
If all picture proof is meaningless then how do you prove a case one way
or another? It's just one picture against another. They could Google my
address to prove what my house looks like, color, maybe even a good shot
of the front door? Otherwise, so...
Don't wait, I went back and forth with a seller being nice. These people
scam everyday to make a buck. Get your refund now and don't be nice
about it. They will run the time allowed out and leave you with junk.
