I have buyers wishing to purchase BIN items and they've told me that they are only allowed 1 BIN every 10 days. Have I done something wrong? If so what do I need to do. Do I need to take them off BIN? I've had 4 or 5 buyers tell me this.

Is there an actual way to talk with a LIVE person on Ebay? I've tried several times to contact support and can never LIVE chat with anyone. I have so many issues right now it would take me days just to list them.
