Immediate Payment Not Working

October 27th and 28th, I have been getting orders that are not paid for. My account is set so that the buyer has to pay immediately. Is it a glitch, or has something changed? It is still there when I list an item.

On my mobile app, the Sold balance changed from 30 days to 60 days. How do I change it back to 30 days?
