tracking number, but only after the claim was made, and never dropped
the item off to ship, and they cannot refund because the item not
received claim has been made.
Yes, in 2021, eBay changed the way item not received claims work, and
started to stop payment to the seller if a claim is made. Prior to that
it seems like they kept the payment until ebay made a ruling.
