The glitch I called ebay about had an original return date of Sept. 19.
Then it was switched to October 17 or right about that time. Now it's
showing September 27, so they added an extra 8 days on. I'm not happy
that they gave him an additional 8 day...

You should never ever click on purchase postage more than once, no
matter what the ebay page says until you first check your PayPal account
to see if you've been billed.
I had the same thing happen. Was billed when no label was made or showed
