How can I report a bad seller? He took my money on the promise he would
deliver an item, and put it on back order. Now Ebay refuses to help
because 30 days have past since the "estimated delivery date" has past.
There are many sellers who do not have the product in hand and have no
"delivery date" scheduled. I lost $38.20 to a seller who promised to
deliver item that has never been shipped. I started a dispute with my
