Ebay won't let me bid on something without putting in payment details

So, I was browsing a for a specific search string on ebay(as one does)
and at the bottom of the page there are no longer any additional pages
listed. Usually at the bottom of a search page, you have a left arrow, a
right arrow, and pages 1,2,3,4,5,6,...
As the title says, I can no longer reply to topics in these forums. The
reply box is greyed out and at the bottom of the screen it says " Sorry,

I am in pretty much the same boat as well. 15+ years, no no-payments, no
negative feedback. I'm not paying separate shipping for stuff that can
be combined. I just won't bid and it's bad overall for everyone.
